Overview

These SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the SMS messaging program (the "Program") operated by Cody Crafted llc, located at 141 Chaparral Drive, Burleson, TX 76028, US. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Cody Crafted llc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in, or text STOP to cancel at any time.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Cody Crafted llc related to customer care and your service with us. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

Cody Crafted llc does not send promotional or marketing text messages through this Program.

2. Consent and Opt-In

5. Opt-Out / How to Stop

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Cody Crafted llc at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received a message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Cody Crafted llc unless you re-subscribe.

Opting out of SMS messages will not affect any other communications you may receive from Cody Crafted llc via email or other channels, and will not affect the services we provide to you.

Such providers are contractually prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.

8. Supported Carriers

The Program is supported on major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Cody Crafted llc SMS Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cody Crafted llc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or timeliness of messages. Cody Crafted llc is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, network outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to These Terms

Cody Crafted llc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
